A dream nearly 10 years in the making. Built with heart, family and a belief that people deserve more than another gym membership.

A dream 10 years in the making.
LTE Wellness Club is more than a business to us. It is a dream that has been in the making for nearly 10 years.
For the past decade, we have poured our hearts into fitness, coaching, operations, training, nutrition, and most importantly, people. From the beginning, the vision was never to create just another gym membership. We wanted to build something more personal. A place where people feel supported, cared for, and guided every step of the way.
LTE was created to be a true one stop wellness club. A place where training, accountability, recovery, community, and real relationships all come together under one roof.
As owners, and as a family, our mission is simple. We want to help people become healthier, stronger, more confident, and more supported in every season of life.
This project is deeply personal to us. It represents years of growth, sacrifice, faith, hard work, and a belief that fitness should be about more than just workouts. It should be about changing lives.
In May, we welcomed our first child, our daughter, into the world. Becoming parents made this season even more meaningful and reminded us even more of the importance of health, purpose, legacy, and building something that truly matters.
When you walk into LTE, we want you to feel welcomed. We want you to feel cared for. Most importantly, we want you to know you are not just joining a gym. You are becoming part of a community.
“Before I led a gym,
I cleaned one.”
I started in this industry at 18, right out of high school. My job was cleaning the floors and racking the weights.
Over the next ten years I worked my way up. I worked at 24 Hour Fitness clubs all over South Florida, from Coconut Grove north, and I helped open some of the biggest gyms in the area, including UFC Gym in Pembroke Pines and Doral.
I’m not going to pretend LTE is just another business for me. I grew up here. I went to Pembroke Pines Charter, elementary and middle school, right across the street, from kindergarten through eighth grade. This is my community, and this is home.
That’s why LTE is more than a gym. It’s a place where I can make a real impact and give back to the community that raised me. It’s where people get the kind of coaching and care I always wanted members to get at the big clubs, from people who know their names.
Come see it for yourself. I’d love to meet you.
