LTE Wellness Club offers Kids Boxing and Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ages 5–13 inside Pines Ice Arena in Pembroke Pines. Book a complimentary Welcome Session to visit the club with your child and meet the coaches.

Kids classes at LTE are coach-led from start to finish and run on a set weekly schedule, so training becomes a routine your family can plan around.
Kids Boxing · Coach Victor
Boxing fundamentals, focus and conditioning with Coach Victor, who has coached boxing since 1982.

Kids BJJ · Coach Matt
Brazilian jiu-jitsu technique, discipline and confidence with Coach Matt, who coaches all BJJ classes at LTE.

What ages are the kids classes for?
Kids Boxing and Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu are both for ages 5–13.
When do kids classes meet?
Kids Boxing and Kids BJJ both meet on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday morning. Check the class schedule for this week’s times, since the schedule can change.
Who coaches the kids classes?
Kids Boxing is coached by Victor Sanchez, who has coached boxing since 1982. Kids BJJ is coached by Coach Matt, who coaches all Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes at LTE.
Does my child need equipment for the first class?
Ask the team before your visit. The club will confirm current equipment requirements, so you do not need to buy specialized gear in advance.
