SYNAPTIC SPORTS MEDICINE AT LTE WELLNESS CLUB

Sports Medicine &
Performance in
Pembroke Pines.

Individualized assessment, rehabilitation and recovery for athletes and active people — provided by Kyle Fisher, MS, LAT, ATC and Synaptic Sports Medicine at LTE Wellness Club.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Care built around how you move.

Synaptic Sports Medicine brings the kind of individualized assessment and rehabilitation usually found in professional and collegiate sports settings to athletes, active adults and everyday people in Pembroke Pines. Most people arrive through one of three doors:

An injury or a limitation

Something hurts, keeps coming back, or stops you from moving the way you want — recent or long-standing.

Returning to sport

You're coming back from an injury and want a structured, assessment-led path toward your sport's real demands.

Recovering from training

Your training load is high and you want hands-on recovery and a plan that supports it, not random modalities.

Availability, eligibility, session details and pricing are confirmed directly when you request an appointment. Synaptic services are scheduled separately from LTE memberships and classes.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you reach out.

Is this included in my LTE membership?

Synaptic services are provided by Synaptic Sports Medicine and scheduled separately from LTE memberships and classes. Eligibility, session details and pricing are confirmed directly when you request an appointment.

Do I need to be an LTE member?

Membership requirements for Synaptic services haven't been published here — ask when you request an appointment and you'll get a direct answer before anything is scheduled.

Is this physical therapy?

No. Kyle practices as a licensed athletic trainer (LAT, ATC). The work shares tools with physical therapy, but it's a distinct profession with its own scope — and when your situation calls for PT, a physician or imaging, he'll refer you rather than work around it.

What happens at a first visit?

A conversation about your goals and history, an assessment appropriate to your situation, and a plain-language explanation of findings and recommended next steps. Treatment on the same visit depends on what the assessment shows.

Where exactly is this inside Pines Ice Arena?

HOW IT WORKS

A simple, honest process.

01

Talk

Discuss your goals, history and what's limiting you.

02

Assess

An appropriate evaluation for your situation — not a one-size screen.

03

Plan & review

A purposeful plan, progressed and reviewed as you respond.

What the research says about each service — including where evidence is strong, limited or mixed — is summarized with citations on every service page. Start with return-to-sport testing, compression flossing or cupping to see the approach.
